「The owner was super helpful until we actually had a problem- the WiFi was not showing up to connect to, and I messaged the owner and sent a screenshot like they asked and then they never responded. We were not able to use the tv since it required WiFi. Not the end of the world, but a bit annoying when we wanted to wind down for the night and watch something before bed. Also, generally the place seemed a bit run-down and kind of sad looking.」

「Just a heads up, you are renting a room with a bed and a personal bathroom and closet, I was under the assumption there was going to be a sofa, there was not, so it you rent make sure you like those you rent with. There is a shared kitchen that needs the garbages emptied out more often. The WiFi didn’t work, the manager asked if the maintenance guy can go into our room and check it out, he never showed. 「Nice and relaxing」

「Centrally located with a hot tub to enjoy the cool Seattle evenings. Parking is not an issue as there was always a spot out front. Host has directions on all electronics with a very simple check in and out process that doesn't require you to strip bedding and doing laundry. Great week long stay!」

The home is in a nice area with a park and University right down the street. The unit is most suitable for students. If youre a singke traveler, this compares to a hostel. I was...

「We had a lovely stay. Host was responsive and house was convenient for us. 」

「We visit the area frequently and previously owned a home in the neighborhood. We will definitely visit the property again. The location is great and permits a true experience of the Sunset Hill neighborhood in Ballard. The accomodations were new, clean, very comfortable, easy to access, and close to everything.」
