The reason I have 4 out of 5 is because the dining service needs to improve. There was not a proper menu to order dinner from the vip lounge upstairs at night. Waiter did not know enough about the cuisine to help tell us what the ingredients were in the dishes. My cousin order Egusi soup with protein just beef. Unfortunately, the chef put...

「The hotel is at a very good location. The staff were friendly and welcoming. But the AC in the room I stayed didn't work as well as the Wi-Fi. The room I reserved online was sold out before I arrived in spite calling the hotel that I was coming. I was given the only available room which was at a higher rate. 」
