“House was immaculately clean and fresh. Great private location that makes you feel like you’re away from it all. We happened to check in on a hot, humid , 90 degree plus day ( more and more of those in the ADKS these days) and just know there is only 1 portable AC unit in the entire place. Not truly adequate to cool the whole house with the back bedrooms. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom and two floor fans that we found in the closets but if you’re use to AC just be aware, it’s a bit warm.……

“Isolation at its finest. We were only here 4 days with 2.6 days of bad weather. Feel like temps of 49 in the middle of August was a shock. Checked out Burlington and Middlebury during windy cloudy days Lake front house was awesome. Not luxury but very homey with everything we needed. Loved being the only one on the lake. ”

“Our stay at this home was nothing short of amazing. When we arrived, we entered the home to a refreshing colt temperature as the a.c was left on prior to our arrival. The house was immaculate, and well taken care of. I am already looking into booking for a future rental for our family vacation. “We had a very relaxing few days here and were glad to be able to have our dog with us. The cottage was compact, rustic and cozy. Beautiful view of Lake Champlain. It's a relaxing getaway. The cottage had a well equipped kitchen. Pratt's was a convenient for supplies and Middlebury was just a short drive for restaurants. Another bonus was we were able to plug our car into a level 2 charger right at the cottage.”
