Three Nights at Harbourwatch

A few things needed attention, e.g. sliding closet door off track, a light not working, a toilet seat not attached. However, the unit was clean and relatively well equipped. Location was very convenient.

Satisfaction

The property offers a lot of good qualities such as nice kitchen, beautiful lounge room and large bedroom with comfortable beds and finally super ocean views. The only draw back was when we arrive at the property after a long voyage we expected to see tea, coffee and milk as an complimentary beverage .Apart from that everything was perfect.

A relaxing stay, we were in town for weeks training course, so didn't get to spend as much time there as we would have liked. Our twin Cab 4wd with service back was too large to comfortably fit in the parking garage, but plenty of street parking in front.

Property is large, spacious and clean, with ocean views opp parkland. It is reasonably priced but could do with some improvements. There was no heating other than a small plug in heater which struggled to do the job. The kitchen could have benefited with more implements. As we self catered most days, we ended up having to buy some sharp knives and baking pans. The kitchen tap also needs replacing as hard to use. The bathrooms whilst functional, are ready for an update. We also found the car park difficult to manoeuvre and ended up parking on the street. Notwithstanding the negatives, I would stay there again and would be happy to pay more if updates were undertaken.

Needs Air Conditioning for cooling and heating Need a bigger heater as one small fan heater is not big enough to heat the apartment Some numbers in the garage as to where the apartments are would be handy so u dont go up one elevator and find out that it is the other elevator. Numbers on the garage doors or the walls so u know where to park. Other than that views are stunning
