Enjoy Salt By The Sea with the beautiful Flynns Beach at your doorstep! This is a recently renovated beach inspired unit is a designers sanctuary. Come and enjoy our gorgeous accommodation at its best. With stunning concrete polished floors, wooden benches a modern kitchen and large balcony. This unit is a 5 min walk the beach, 5 min drive to the town centre and is pet friendly.
This unit is used only for holiday accommodation and it has all the essentials.
We have other properties available so if this one is booked out we will be able to fit you in somewhere else!

Welcoming host who proactively made contact. The unit was well appointed, clean and close to Flynns Beach. Overall a very enjoyable stay. This is our 3rd stay at Salt by the Sea and each stay has been really good.

The property was ok but not particularly clean in places. There was a sticky stain on the floor, dead flowers in the vase, some bits of fruit on the floor, an old coffee jar with solidified coffee in it, stains on the electric hot plate and a lot of dust. Yet other things were clean such as the bedding and towels. The old fridge was not clean and made a lot of noise and some of its hinges at the top were loose or not attached and very dirty. The cutlery in the drawer was mismatched and had stains on them. There are marks and grubby stains on many of the blinds that you can see once you shut them. This let down the overall quality of the stay.

Excellent location and Fantastic Unit

We stayed just one night in this fantastic unit including our dog - wish we could have stayed longer. It was close to lots of essentials. The area has a small village feel and yet is a suburb of Port Macquarie. A couple of choices for dinner within walking distance. The unit itself is in an older building that had been renovated. It had lovely features, good quality linens and made me feel lux. Would recommend this stay to anyone and particularly if you have a well behaved pooch you want to take on holidays with you.

The location to Flynns beach good but the building is old and decorations out of date ,logs for side tables .great heavy door to bathroom. No TV or even a picture in bedroom,only the most ridiculous bed head that looks like cast iron you would find in a cemetery. A great page of rules explaining they have highly valuble antiques, collected from around the world, I saw nothing of any value. The rules ask you to clean up your mess,they assume all guests are messy people. No sensor light on the steps ,glad I had a light on my phone. As for the cleaning I picked up brocken glass in the bedroom , decorative light globes dusty , bed side lights paint peeling and had to get out of bed to turn off . Lack of power points. Sorry to be negative but feel was not value for money paid

Nice pet friendly apartment. Decor was nicer than expected. Only complaint very noisy which had an impact on the overall stay. Could hear everything going on in apartment above our unit 3, so avoid lower apartments if you wish to sleep.
