「Bills place is a great spot. It is exactly as advertised. The location and everything provided is great for a group of guys on a fishing trip. The only downside for a group of more than 3 or 4 is that it only has one bathroom and everything is on the second or third floor. Bill is a great host and is extremely helpful.」

「 Very deceiving listing after staying many times in POC. Second bed was a loft with barely any headspace. Any person with disabilities would be unable to access. No dining table! Not even a small table or end table so impossible to have a meal with any measure of comfort. Lack of items always available through VRBO, such as paper towels, indicative of poor host. Unpleasant stay」
