“Anthemis Living Apartments is one of the finest places we have stayed in when travelling in Europe over the last 20 years. The place is beautifully built and maintained. The service is like in a five star hotel, immaculately clean, with a lift and the rooms are tastefully furnished with a very comfortable large double bed. “I had a one night stay in Argostoli as part of a longer trip. The Alley Hotel was absolutely adorable. The staff was friendly and patient. The rooms are so unique and I enjoyed the atmosphere. The breakfast was DELICIOUS. The fresh baked veggies were my favorite part. The Greeks know how to cook eggplant! All in all I was very pleased with my stay and experience. I would stay here again. ”

“I would highly recommend this property, especially the self contained apartment room number 21 with its own private swimming pool and fantastic view over the town below. It’s a prefect contained apartment for a week. All the staff were very welcoming and extremely accommodating and couldn’t be more helpful. “Every staff person we encountered from check in, breakfast, to check out was lovely. This is a family run hotel and the care taken is evident. We were there at a quieter time and they have us a complementary upgrade. The room was fantastic, great views, it was pristinely clean and the bed was comfortable (a king size no less!)
Breakfast was amazing- some buffet pastry type things plus your choice of individually prepared omelets.
We really enjoyed Lixouri, it is quiet and low key, but……
