"Despite a slightly gloomy appearance, the room was good with a very comfortable bed. I would ask what is the point of having a telephone in the room ? A sign at reception list facilities including "free local calls". Having had a long day thought I phone for a food delivery- the phone was dead. When asking about this at reception was told no calls available. I pointed out the free local calls sign and the lady again said they don't do that. She then said she'd phone her manager - who didn't answer. Still waiting a reply. Oh, bit of sound proofing on the rooms facing the Interstate wouldn't hurt. Bit of work would make this a lot better"
