"Parking lot well lit. The sink did not drain very well so left standing water for a few minutes. The air conditioning was not working, but they brought a large fan when we called and asked for one."

"This is an exceptional home for a larger gathering, allowing for people to be in separate areas when they prefer, but all to gather in the large communal area for games, soccer viewing (we were there during the World Cup), and marine animal viewing. We took advantage of the kayaks and lounge chairs to enjoy the outdoors, appreciated that there was enough parking for our 5 vehicles, and were grateful for the care that went into making sure the kitchen included everything we needed. Dan was wonderful in responding to questions quickly and with care. Having a pack-and-play and high chair available for the youngest traveler--whose first birthday we celebrated on the deck--was a big plus (as was having multiple refrigerators for our large group) And we ate clams we dug on the rocky shoreline in front of the house twice, once in pasta and once grilled, which was exciting for the children especially!"

"Everything was as advertised, really enjoyed our stay here. The great room was perfect for watching TV together and the beds slept comfortably. The house sits in a beautiful setting tucked back in the woods with a gorgeous water feature in the back."

"The BlackPearl was a great spot to enjoy everything Bremerton has to offer. Great hiking trails close by, kayaking out the back door and pickleball in the front yard. Recommendations for local hot spots and activities were helpful in exploring the area. The waterfront fire pit was a great spot to enjoy the incredible view while catching up with a friend."
