The staff were amazing; courteous and helpful. And this as across the board - front office, restaurant staff, bell boys etc. However, the vents in the room were not clean and the sink was clogged.

Superb hotel to stay in when in Trinidad. It is well placed, next to the sea, has plenty of excellent restaurants (sushi, a food truck with local cuisine and one with bard food) within the hotel, there is a nice infinity pool on the fourth floor with views extending to the sea, nice little gym. The hotel itself and the lobby is huge, there's a good work desks area in the lobby too. Room size is decent and it is designed well, with simple and elegant wooden flooring. Concierge is helpful in sourcing bookings. The only downside is perhaps not providing slippers.

It was more than I expected, the staff was awesome and the property was beautiful. Everything you needed was there at the hotel. I went to relax before heading home.
