"Usually great, but some unexpected minor changes were a little disappointing. They used to have a nice little coffee/tea bar area in the lobby. There was no tea and only that gross powder creamer in a canister. (They used to have a great tea selection and several coffemate or international single serve creamers-maybe they were just out?) Anyway starbucks is across the street, we just ran out quick and all was well. Also, some guy on the cleaning staff was standing in front of the elevator vacuuming when I was trying to exit with arms and shoulders loaded with heavy bags and items... He literally could not care less that he was standing in my way as I was trying to exit the elevator and I could have tripped on his vacuum cleaner cord as I shimmied by with all my bags. SMH. They used to have amazing staff all around. Front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, etc. I don't know who that guy was but he brought the 5 stars down. Also it looks like they are transitioning out of the old green deck loungers to new orange ones. Not a big deal but it wasn't a great look for the property."
