Worth staying here

We loved the view and the location is amazing. Comfortable for two people, and clean. The only issue we had was that the jet tubs drain stopper was not stopping, so we weren't able to fill the tub.

Nice little place

The home has all the amenities and a wonderful view. Its also very close to eating establishments (Port Orford Sustainable Food) and highway 101. The kitchen/main area have a great view of the Pacific. There is a nice sitting area outside that overlooks Battlerock and the Pacific. The bed is comfortable and there is an additional pullout bed in the main area, though I didn't use that. The kitchen has all the amenities that you need to cook your own meals if thats your thing.

Just a review and suggestion

Everything was great Only 1 thing we noticed that the toilet tank was running Maybe a leaky gasket Owners can save some water if it’s looked at .. Otherwise everything went smooth . Thank You

Beautiful work in process

This home is perfectly placed with gorgeous views at the quiet end of a road. There were some housekeeping issues that were not convenient but were resolved by the local service, It is still under construction as evident by the materials around the outside. I would stay here again and expect the construction issues to be resolved soon.

Great views, cute apartment

Beautiful views of Battle Rock and the ocean from two large windows in this tiny apartment attached to a larger house (the rest of the house is still being renovated). Beautiful kitchen and custom kitchen table. Very small place, without many amenities one would normally expect in an apartment. No dishwasher, no oven, no washer/dryer. Kitchen has minimal cooking supplies. Parking was not clearly marked and only entrance is a sliding glass door. When the sofa bed was extended, you could hardly get inside. Better for just 2 people. Location was good, very close to beach and a couple good restaurants. Overall we felt it was overpriced but the views were pretty great!

A lovely coastal spot!

The view is fantastic. The unit is cozy and well appointed. A perfect spot for a coastal getaway. Romantic if you are a party of two, fine for a party of 3 but may be too small for more than 3 people.

what a view!

Stayed over a week in this newly renovated unit and enjoyed it very much. The best thing was the fantastic coastal view with mountain, sea and beach. It is also centrally located in the small Oregon coast town of Port Orford; right on rocky coast with plenty of beaches as well. You can easily walk to town, restaurants and beach (downhill all the way). The unit is the smallest of several being constructed (4 I think) and the bigger units have an even better view! The construction causes a bit of chaos and comings and goings but it wasn't bothersome. The friendly and helpful owner says he will be putting up arrows signs to each unit but for now, this one is unit B. Also confusing is that you share the road/drive with a city trail, but there is parking near the lower units. There is a nice small kitchen complete with all you need including ice trays and toaster, and the induction stove tops worked well with lovely copper pots that cleaned so easily. Separate bedroom with a few shallow steps up to bath. The only drawbacks were that currently, because there is a second full bed in living area, there is only room for one easy chair. Since I was alone that was fine but more people would have to sit on bed or at table (owner is working on getting sleeper sofa). Secondly the only window in bedroom opens to walkway for other units so you hear some coming and going when it's open. In time there may be AC/heat pump which I'm not sure you'll ever need but it might solve that problem. And once construction is done it might not matter. The bed is comfy, there's a jetted tub in bathroom and you can sit outside on a grassy hill and take in the view. What more can you ask for?
