“I only stayed one of 8 nights that I paid for because the place was uncomfortable (bed and matress) and I think the mattress was being used by someone else when not rented out as the top sheet was overtop another used sheet. Another two layers of puffy filling underneath the two bottom sheets. The mattress caved in at the side. There were used thongs available on the patio! Open food packets like chips and deydrated milk and protein powder in the pantry. The fridge was unclean. I asked for a……

“Great apartment in superb location with underground parking. Walkable to st kilda and Albert park and tram stop across the road. The unit has been kitted out very well with comfy beds and 2 bathrooms. With a lovely enclosed balcony. Only disappointment was only one key between 4 people and made going out very difficult . ”

“Unfortunately this was not the greatest experience I have had in this area. I travel here each year and decided to try a new site for accomodation. Wrong move! It was a very difficult process to obtain the key with a 3pm check in and the key being stored some distance from the unit. The accomodation was not clean and it was very used and things needed some attention and replacing. Overall, there is much better in the area for the same price.”

“The property was excellently placed and secure with underground parking and walking distance to shops and eateries.The check in process could have been easier with the lock box numbered and the correct code. We were fortunate that the apartment was cosy as the heating wasn’t working. It was well appointed and everything else was working. It was pet friendly which was a plus for us.”
