"The penthouse had been renovated and had a great view of Niagara Falls. The room was pretty small and the bathroom was tiny. The room was air conditioned and clean. Parking was off site so they had a shuttle to take you to your car. I found the food and coffee at Ihop in the hotel was not very good compared to Ihop restaurants outside."

"We had an absolutely magical stay at the Sheraton Fallsview! Walking into the room and seeing an unobstructed, panoramic view of the falls was breathtaking. The room featured a lovely Juliet balcony, meaning we could open the window and actually hear the roar of the water—it was spectacular, especially during the nightly illumination show.​The property itself is beautifully renovated, modern, and incredibly clean. The location is unbeatable—everything is within walking distance, including great restaurants, and the boat tours. The staff was warm and professional from check-in to check-out. We will definitely be back!""

"One of the cleanest and nicest hotels I've stayed at ever!!! The pool was nice, lightly heated, which felt great after a nice day of sight-seeing. Also the hotel is close to many shops and restaurants, yes, it's a short drive to the falls, which we didn't mind that. The hotel was fairly quiet, yes the traffic can be disturbing, but manageable. The only downfall that we encountered was the breakfast is served only on weekends, I wish we would've been informed upon check-in. Overall a great stay, room was spacious and clean, you can really tell they take care of their rooms and amenities. We've stayed at Ramadas before and I find they need updating, but this one was perfect!!! Great job and we'll definitely be returning."
