"The cabin itself was lovely with a southwestern feel. Very clean when we arrived and met our expectations. The outside space was the best! Even though it was a rainy weekend, we were able to take the kayaks out on the lake during a break in the rain. Unfortunately the weather prohibited us from visiting the beach but the property was close to Solomon's Island where there is plenty of shopping and dining. "TL;DR this place is great for families. The long version: my spouse and I, our 3 year old, and my mother booked a winter fossil hunting vacation and the house couldn’t have been better for us.
