“This property was exactly as the pictures showed on the listing! The view from the pool deck overlooked the golf course and the ocean beyond- absolutely beautiful! The layout was great- plenty of room and generous bedroom/bath combos. This was the perfect layout for a family with almost adult children. We rented a golf car(plus had a car) to get to the beach club. The pool was expansive and the beach lovely. Our property manager, Robert, was exceptional. He attended to the few things we needed……

“Beautiful home!! Roatán never disappoints and this home was perfect for our group! The rain got us a couple of days but the home layout and the palapa outside allowed for us to stay comfortable even when having to stay home. They made the recommendation to use Chef Robby for a birthday celebration and that was a great experience and a highlight of the trip. Desiree was always very responsive and helpful. Thanks for letting us use your home!”

“Everything we needed. Easy to find, communicative property manager, well stocked (towels, kitchen, games, water gear.) Dock was perfect, neighborhood is quiet, house is secure. There are business cards of boat captains on the counter - we struck a deal with Capt Joel, he picked us up from the dock and we had a great day snorkeling! We also used the day passes to Mayan Princess which was a nice place to hang out for the day with kids/teens.”

“Great Stay – Totally awesome/beautiful location! Just do it if you are looking for your own private setting on the quiet end of the Island. We are an adult family of six. Desiree made it easy to book and was very responsive to questions we had prior to booking and just ahead of the trip. Pudens (property caretaker) lives on site in a separate building with his wife. “Although a little rough to get to, it's more than well worth the effort. The space is beautifully appointed, comfortable, and has a staff that are attentive and ready to help worth anything. The private beach means that you have plenty of seating options to choose from. Sit back and watch the egrets fishing or take the kayaks or paddleboards out. Make sure to go snorkeling if you get the chance. There are tons of fish, anemones, crabs, jellies and tons more to see, especially near the rocky……

“This was my forth visit to Roatan & 2nd time staying at the Sundancer Villas. This unit (11B) was very nice for the price…with a pool view and just a 1 minute walk to the beach. Everything was functional except some cabinet doors didn’t close fully. The 4 AC units worked great as did the appliances (except the toaster oven, so we used their toaster instead). One could sleep 7 in this place with the pullout couch, but it would be tight. Three couples or a family of 5 would be Ok, but a family of……

“The house was great. It was as listed and we enjoyed the pool, the pier and the beach. It was windy when we were there but we still swam ff the pier, walked the beach and had it all to ourselves. The pool was awesome and the outdoor space lovely. We had Dulce cook all of our meals and they were fantastic, it made our time there indulgent! The roads aren't great but only 45 minutes to sloth and zip line activities and we did diving, snorkeling and fishing trips that all picked up at the house. It……
