Amazing Property!!

We had an excellent time at Frazer. The property was in a wonderful location and was perfect for our family. Everything was clean and well kept. The infinity pool was the perfect place to relax at the end of the day to cool off from the beach.

An amazing stay. The property is lovely, great communication from the host, and the location is fantastic. An absolute gem on the Cape! The home is well laid out for a large family trip. Common areas are great for entertainment and board games. Convenient for quick trip into Port St Joe for food and supplies.

We experienced a wonderful family vacation at The Frazer House. Beautifully decorated and suited to a large family’s needs. We have been meeting as a family every summer for 15 years and this is the BEST house by far!!! Every bedroom and bathroom was huge and the kitchen, living room, and dining room invited our family to enjoy each other while preparing food, playing games or simply relaxing. The infinity pool was a hit with everyone. The biggest asset was the elevator that worked every single time we called it. This was not “normal “ per our previous rentals. We were able to see the 4th of July fireworks in Mexico Beach, Appalachicola and Port St Joe from our balconies! We knew that the owners and management company cared about us having a good time because of all the “extras”, a full bottle of clothes detergent, a box of dryer sheets, full bottles of shampoo, conditioner and bath soap (in each bathroom), sunscreen, beach chairs, beach toys, and all the cooking spices you would ever need! We will definitely be back!
