Paradise Found boasts two separate living areas, each with ample seating and entertainment options. The gaming lounge comes complete with a kitchenette, arcade games, a full bathroom, and an attached bedroom. The main living area features a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room, all situated within an expansive open-concept space. We had an incredible stay. The home was just as described, the community was wonderful, and the golf cart was a great perk. Pool was nice, big and heated. Beach was clean and very close to the house. We had 2 families in the house (11 total) and there was plenty of space. My only suggestion would be to add mirrors behind the doors in the bedrooms allowing more space to get ready (we had teen girls with us). We did run into a minor issue with the garbage disposal, but maintenance came out right away and took care of it.

Very nice newer house. Only a 2 minute golf cart ride to the beach. The Windmark beach is a private community beach that you are part of with your rental. There are packing spots all over the beach for your golf cart. Golf cart required for a beach vacation. It's super handy having the shops in Windmark beach that you can drive your cart to. St Joe is the closest retail centers. It's only a 5-10 minute drive. We went fishing each day, swimming at the beach each day, and went back in the evenings too. Great relaxing, low key, and low stress vacation rental.

Beautiful home suited for a large group.

The home and community was lovely and family friendly. Plenty of room for our group of 13. Having a golf cart to use was a big plus however the bicycle tires on all bikes was flat and there was not a tire pump on the property to fill them up. As far as cleanliness, the house was in great shape other than the floor in the main area hadn't been mopped. Our granddaughters feet was black after a few minutes of running through the house. The patio area table hadn't been cleaned and patio was not swept. The golf cart was covered in sand from the previous renters use. I did contact the property manager and they offered to come clean but we had already wiped the golf cart and patio down ourselves. Other than that, the house was great, the beach was great and we had a wonderful time spending time with our family.

The house was set up very well. The golf cart for 6 was a hit with everyone. The gaming area and second living area with an additional kitchen was so helpful with having visitors come hang out and to cook for everyone. We will definitely rent this house again.

Nice home in developing community full of great people

This home is in great shape, has tons of room, and is well appointed. The community has a good bit of construction going on but it is really not problematic at all - you rarely encounter it. The small downtown area and the beach are super charming - but I think what hit us most was how nice everyone is in the area. Despite being a very planned community the people we encountered all give off that great relaxed beach vibe. And the owners set the tone by having a bottle of wine waiting on arrival!
