Great new house

This was a beautiful new house in Windmark Beach. All new appliances, All the furniture and rooms were in pristine condition. Perfect location, we rented a golf cart and we were able to go all over Windmark Beach, had several beautiful days on the beach and at the pool. We will be returning to this area.

Great vacation

This vacation home was perfect. The home was very clean. The website portrayed the properly correctly the property manager, Britney was great to work with and answered all of our questions. Check in was a breeze. Located in Windmart beach resort is wonderful. There are restaurants and activities are a short walk away You are close to Port St Joe and Apalachicola and Cape San blas. It was wonderful to have pet friendly beach . We had a wonderful vacation and will be back.

Great place. House was fully furnished. Only problem was the master stateroom was on the end of the house that had Hwy 98 right outside the bedroom windows. Traffic noise at 7 am every day is not relaxing. Not a house problem but a neighborhood problem.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time! House was very clean and lots of room. We enjoyed Windmark & the large resort pool, even had a little bar area, we loved the frozen cocktails. The village is very cool with live music, movies, food & ice cream. We rented a golf cart ... back and forth to the beach was great. Brittany is wonderful to work with, she is one of the best! We will def be back!
