10 Stars - Beautiful home, Excellent location

Shell Yeah far exceeded our expectations. The home is beautiful without a detail overlooked! The kitchen is well stocked and more than met our needs. House is decorated nicely and felt like home away from home. Golf cart was a great treat back and forth to the stunning beach. Our kids loved the wildlife and the crowd free beaches - they were able to explore. We will absolutely be back! Don't overlook Port Saint Joe!

Nice but could use a few items

The property was in great shape! The community was very family oriented which was a big plus for us. The gold cart was an amazing addition to have- make sure to keep that around! Overall everything was great but below are a few recommendations to consider: 1. The kitchen lacked pots and pans that would accommodate cooking meals for a crowd that fits in the house. We had 11 with us and had to get crafty with how we prepared/ served things. Not a huge deal but would be helpful for future crowds. 2. It would be great if the pool center had WiFi. It was hard to listen to music at the pool because of the spotty service. 3. Tips and recommendations for beach access would have been nice. As well as info on the places accessible by golf cart in the next phase over. We eventually figured out how to get around and enjoyed ourselves but a map would have been nice to have.

Property was nice and met our needs. Beach was fair but not as nice as surrounding areas. Pristine Properties did not meet expectations. Trouble getting entry code, Very little toilet paper and trash bags and PP could not supply any.
