「Toilests are filty and run down the bathrooms have no proper shower and hot water .Cochroches everywhere no eating utensils no sheets on the bed only tiny blanket. Power points arent working, fan turn on no control full blast only. To make matters worst the care taker cant speak English French or Bishlama only Chinese just wondering where this care taker came from.We need someone to communicate with.The only one good thing there was the friendly security and the house keeping lady who...

「It is quite a nice experience to have stayed there for 10 days. The owners and the staffs there were really friendly, and responded to my requests immediately. The door nub was not working well, but I have no problem leaving my stuff in the room while I was away for meetings. It is a bit far from downtown, and after 9pm it is quite a challenge to get a bus to go back to that direction. However it has a really nice restaurant, and the rib eye there is the best I have ever had.」

「Property had some great facilities, beach, gym and water sports all positives. Rooms a little tired, food very mixed bag and staff genuine and super nice people, but a little ineffective at the same time. A basic example was no water on the room on arrival, checked with reception who said it’s housekeepings fault, ask them the following day, they said it’s not them it’s reception and we never received any water. I think it’s too strong to say we regret staying here but I wouldn’t stay again....

「Great accommodation with lots of activities especially for families. Staff were fantastic especially David in the activities team. Downside was the food and you can't snorkel from the resort, but it does say that on the website.」
