This was a great house for our family to use during my daughter’s wedding in Rincon! We all got to be together and plenty of space for us all! It made it so nice to be close to the venue and other places we needed to go! Beds slept great and kitchen was well stocked for any need we had!

This property is in a wonderful quiet location. The house has lots of space and amenities. From the property, it was an easy drive into Savannah and all the great sights there. It was nice to be in a quiet residential neighborhood at night.

Our first family vacation in 3 years and the first time i have got away since my mom passed away a year ago the end of June with it being the hardest year of my life our son two daughters and their husbands and 4 grand babies all got to make so many memories Thank you

The house was immaculate and well-stocked. We had a coffee pot and a Keurig, which worked well. The beds were comfortable, and the outdoor seating was a nice addition. All in all, a great place to stay! Thanks for a great weekend!

This was a spacious house that was very well appointed. It's close to the airport and a 30-45 minute drive to downtown Savannah. It was a nice base for our visit and was set up very well. It was nice having 4 bedrooms. The beds were comfortable. Parking was in the driveway on a bit of an incline. We all enjoyed our trip and would love to stay there again.

Flat Rock Flat is easily the best vacation rental we've ever had. We were in Savanah to visit family over Thanksgiving and we able to host dinner comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and makes it easy to prepare meals. From the various games (indoor and outdoor) provided to every switch being labeled for what it controls, it was clear that a lot of thought went into getting the house ready. Well definitely seek this one out next time we're in town.

This house was as perfect as a Georgia peach! The pictures showed a great representation of the house and all its room. It was obvious the furnishings were intentially desigisned and chosen to make your stay welcoming and comfortable. We had 2 familes with a total of 9 people and had plenty of room in this spacious house. Savannah and Tybee Island were both easy day trips from this location. I would highly recomend this booking.

The house is beautiful and full of all the amenities you could need. The big issue we had was dirty towels and some general cleanliness issues as well as a strong smell of marijuana in the upstairs bedrooms. We also found a package of cigarettes and a lighter where my 2 year old could reach. We immediately reached out to Vacasa and was told the issue was escalated to the local management team and I repeatedly messaged and was told there has been no response from the local team. I wrote a message the last day and said I had yet to be contacted- they assured me I should receive a response by the morning of checkout and I never did. Very disappointed and the homeowners should be aware that the company managing their property isn’t managing it at all. I will never rent a home managed by Vacasa again.

Home was well stocked with all that we needed as a family to cook and celebrate the New Year! It is a in a convenient location close to SAV airport and nearby restaurants as well as a short drive to historic downtown Savannah. Would stay again!!

The host thought of everything in this gorgeous home. Our favorite part was the swings on the upper porch. It was also close to everything: downtown Savannah, Tybee and Hilton Head & more. We've already booked another stay.
