「Clean modern cabin with all the little things you need. The kitchen area has enough appliances to make meals, and there is a vacuum and fan in the living area. The peace and quiet was amazing and took a little time for this city girl to get used to. I ran into deer just hanging out on the trail to my cabin. I will recommend to anyone who wants to go about 50% rustic, with a cabin with electricity, but can live without full plumbing.」

「We had a wonderful time staying at the Amnicon lodge! Everything exceeded our expectations, and it was a great place to relax and enjoy the nature. The one thing I would say is that the bathroom is a shared space with the other cabins on the property. I did not see this listed in the description, but it wasn’t really an issue for us; just good information for future guests!」

「It's a wonderful little cabin with all you'd ever need. Make sure to take advantage of the private beach, which is just a short drive away. just an FYI it is located next to 13 so there is quite a bit of traffic noise, this didn't bother me, but it was some.Added bonus, there was an apple tree for picking. All in all a wonderful day and I would highly recommend.」

「It was exactly as described. We wanted a camping experience but with the comfort of a bed. It is a walk to the beach/lake like it states. The Porcupine trail to the beach is shorter but not maintained. (Wear long pants & good shoes.) We did see 1 bear during our stay on the Lake Trail, so be aware!
