“I stay one night here after spending 2 nights at another hotel in Santa Margherita. I love this hotel so much. The hotel, garden, beach , views were great. I spend a few hours in the spa and was incredible, including a massage in the salt bed. I wanted to cry went I left because wanted to stay longer. Solo trip”

“I've never stayed with Best Western hotel with such bad experience. High price without any quailed 4 star hotel service. No coffee maker,no cups,only plastic glass on table. Front desk is indifferent to the guest. It's the worst memory during my journey in Italy.”

“Struttura pulitissima, centrale e con personale super gentile e premuroso. La camera ampia, letto comodissimo e insonorizzazione ottima, considerando che dava proprio sulla strada. Colazione con tanta scelta, abbondante con tutti i prodotti freschi e buonissimi. Non abbiamo provato la Spa ma sarà la cosa che faremo se e quando torneremo a Rapallo!”
