「I pay at the hotel, but I didn't get the receipt.Hotel Reception told me ask Hotels.com, but I can't find where can download it . and I book one kingsize bed room,but she give me 2 beds room. and she said they don't have that time.」

「When I checked in, the front desk gave me a room on the first floor. I told her, can I stay higher floor? And I want a relatively quiet room because I need to stay in this hotel for a week. As a result, the expression on the front desk was very unhappy. At the beginning, it said that our rooms were full. After thinking about it, She still changed the room, but I changed to a room with a poor environment and close to the ice machine. So I want to give this hotel a bad review」

「The property is old, which wasn't the issue but overall the property was not very clean, the breakfast area is so small you cannot really move around I chose to eat off of the property. My room had what i presume was white dog hair, the air conditioner was filthy the curtains were broken and torn, the blankets on the bed had cigarette burns all over it.... The manager was nice but they didn't have a very private check in because they are in the lounge area as well. I was very disappointed with...
