"Check-in took more than 20mins. Not very friendly nor customer servicer oriented staff. They finally gave me a key card. I went to the room, opened the door and the room was dirty and not cleaned. Had to go back downstairs to the reception to ask for a new room. That took another 20mins! In the 2nd room, the bed was made but the pillows did not have any pillow cases. "Some of the staff were really rude to us. They promised air condition, but one staff member kept explaining that there was not such thing. She got really mad to me. With other staff member we got air condition working for the whole hotel since it was disabled remotely. Also we were promised a free breakfast, but the rude staff member kept saying there was no such thing.. only for one of our family member.
