“Absolutely love this hotel! Staff is great, the rooms are super comfortable and the windows open so that you can enjoy the beautiful sounds of nature and feel the breezes that come down the canyon! “We stayed for four days and three nights, and our experience was truly outstanding. From the flavorful meals to the sparkling clean pool, the well-maintained environment, and the reliable shuttle service—every detail was thoughtfully handled and exceeded expectations.
The only aspect that could use improvement was the service attitude of the night shift front desk staff, who came across as less welcoming compared to the daytime team. A bit more warmth and attentiveness during the night would……

“Shower curtain too short, small flood. Toilet 12 inches off the floor, no air vent, in thr bathroom. Stiff beds, and the TV signal went in and out all night.
