「Checking in the young man at front desk was very pleasant. Room was spacious and clean. My bed was very comfortable. Parking lot was full but it wasn't noisy inside or out. I'd recommend to anyone interested in staying.」

「The service was extremely poor. In the morning, my room door was opened for no reason, and when they saw that I was inside, they immediately closed it again without giving any explanation or apology. Later, I reported this incident to the front desk, but the staff seemed indifferent and simply said it might have been housekeeping. However, this is a serious safety issue — why would someone open a guest’s door without knocking first?」
