Had some issues with a very loud air conditioner. So I changed rooms. Staff was very helpful about it. Converted location if you are headed to the theater.

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Portland International Airport, OR
The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the breakfast was awesome. Having to pay $10 a day for parking - as a guest - is unacceptable and will be a deciding factor if ever decide to stay there again.
