Every team from the restaurant to the front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and especially the gate personnel showed exceptional professionalism and genuine hospitality. Special thanks to Shamoya and Vennissa for their clear guidance on Uber services and ensuring we felt safe during late-night outings. Deneissa delivered phenomenal guest service with warmth and efficiency. In the restaurant, Susan and Nakia provided fresh meals, pleasant smiles, and consistent courtesy. Housekeepers Lotoya and Cordell went above and beyond with daily fresh linen and laundry assistance. The hotel is immaculate, modern, and beautifully maintained, with a fresh scent and stylish décor. Security protocols are strict yet reasonable, giving guests freedom with safety. The District 5 bartender (Asian features) was polite, respectful, and attentive. A special commendation to Monique Gossop, whose hands-on leadership and problem-solving skills set the tone for the entire property. Even on short notice, the team created a wonderful birthday room setup that made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend this hotel delivers excellence at every level."
