One thing we aim for in our hotel is to ask our guests to let us know if they need anything during their stay with us to help mitigate any issues and take care of our guests. We do want to apologize for the spa being down. All deposits are typically returned to our guests, dependent upon if you used a credit vs debit card, within 3-5 business days for a credit card and debit cards are subject to your financial institutions policies and agreements with other merchants.

While not the best excuse, we have also just recently installed all new furniture in our rooms and a few of the televisions were not set up correctly.
