This spacious one bedroom apartment is located in a restored house built in 1845. A colorful, cozy space that boasts tons of character with original honey-colored hardwood floors.
With plenty of on street parking and a 10-15 minute walk to downtown and the historic Old Port, you can park your car and forget about it for a while.
My partner Jennifer, a fellow Superhost in Portland, manages the for me and handles all messaging and coordinating for the space.
The space
This apartment features great natural light and has an open-concept feel. The morning sun floods into the living room as the sun rises.

Enjoy the newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in tile shower.

Hulu, Netflix and Disney Plus are all available on the smart TV.

*Most of the artwork throughout the apartment is by my Mom. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
