"Excellent location easily walkable to many attractions, restraunts and shops. Felt safe walking in the area. Loved the complimentary lemonade and cider in the lobby. Comfortable stat."

"Cold water faucet not working properly. Laminate flooring had big gaps. Free coffee in the lobby, but walk 50 feet into the bistro and they charged me, what is with that? $45.00 per night to park your car is outrageous!"

"The hotel's location is near to everything there at the old docks. The breakfast was good provided at the hotel and made things easy for sightseeing starting early morning. Rooms were very quiet and clean. The bed was comfortable and cleaning service was available every day."

"Clean and friendly. Would not be a place for people who have trouble with stairs. The location seemed removed from waterfront activities but Portland is quite small and walkable. We would return. Suggestion: With the shared bathroom, an exhaust fan and or air fresheners would go a long way."

"Staff was extremely friendly, hot breakfast each morning was very helpful to start the day. Close vicinity to downtown which made an easy walk to avoid parking fees. Definitely get the parking pass from hotel, this will save you time and patience. Parking is extremely limited."
