This beautiful apartment has been fully designed for a perfect and complete stay. It has all the essentials you need for your daily routine. Located in an upscale neighborhood, it offers high-standard condo amenities. If you need a parking space for your vehicle, you can rent one for 30 BRL per day, subject to availability. Please check when booking to secure your spot.
All furniture and equipment were recently purchased.
The apartment offers various amenities for a very comfortable stay, such as meal preparation utensils, an induction stove, and a gas oven. There is an air conditioner with a cooling mode and a television with smart features.
In the building, you have access to the gym and outdoor pool, as well as the enjoyment of a beautiful open-air garden. It is intended for those seeking a sophisticated space with excellent infrastructure and a prime location. There is also a laundry room available for use.
