One very confusing experience is they never mentioned an actual couple lives on-site and are the hosts. They came by when we got there and were very kind and accommodating. It just would have been helpful to know they would be there. The listing said it was entirely self check-in. "

"Staff was unwelcoming. Hotel in bad need of renovations. 1st room we were given was slept in. 2nd room had moldy ceilings. Room felt dirty and lacking in amenities. WiFi never worked for the duration of our stay. Breakfast was stingy. None of the staff we encountered ever smiled or made us feel welcome. I do not recommend this property. "
