Pousada incrível, atendimento impecável e hospitaleiro, funcionários muito educados e preparados. A parte humana é um grande diferencial da pousada. Serviço perfeito. O único detalhe do nosso quarto é melhorar é que tinha uma infiltração da piscina que fica sobre o banheiro deixando uma laje com aspecto que precisava melhorar, fora isso tudo perfeito!

Simplesmente maravilhoso. A equipe do hotel é inacreditável. As pessoas são demais. O pessoal da portaria, que a noite faz a ronda é muito prestativo e discreto. O pessoal da recepção é cordial, atentos às demandas e sempre dispostos a ajudar. O pessoal do restaurante (Cristiano e Bardô) são absolutamente incríveis. A comida é fantástica. O pessoal da manutenção é muito competente e deixa o hotel impecável.

Foi uma estadia incrível. Tudo perfeito! Atendimento nota 1000. Todos que lá trabalham tem um cuidado especial com os hóspedes. Desde a recepção, o pessoal de limpeza e os garçons. Todos super educados, atenciosos e às vezes até advinham o que a gente está pensando. Já fui para vários hotéis com o meu marido e acho que nunca fomos tão bem tratados com nessa pousada.
