It's in a modern area next to El Corte Ingles, about 15 minute walk either to the old bit or one of the beaches, with plenty of bars restaurants shops in both directions. We found free parking about 10 minute walk away. Good facilities and breakfast. The reception gave us a map and explained the essentials to explore the city (landmarks, dining, marketplace etc.). Room size was decent and with good heating/air-conditioning.
