Lovely space and patio was very nice. Location was great with some delicious restaurants nearby. Shower was a bit tight and unit next door was under construction so there was quite a bit of noise during g the day. Laundry was a plus.

What was the most disappointing was the quality of the apartment inside. The shower and the floors weren’t clean and you could see traces of water damages everywhere in the apartment that hasn’t been fixed with some of the wood planks rotten in some places. The apartment itself is very well located with many restaurants everywhere around.

Great location. Close to a great grocery store, Froiz and various restaurants. The room was very clean. Trash was emptied every day :). The maintenance was good and took care of the air conditioning. Only reason for less than 5 star was the shower drainage was slow. My shower was very short to prevent bathroom flooding. Maybe no one has reported the issue. I would recommend this place. Good value!!

Very spacious apartment, clean room, and staff that helped us check in was really great! Communication with him was so easy over the phone, we got early check in, and he had a map laid out for us that he circled with the best spots and attractions in porto - we ended up planning around these recommendations! All his recommendations were amazing! Location was perfect, everything was walkable, especially the main attractions. The only things were that the shower door didn’t close fully, and water would leak out, and the wifi wasn’t stable all the time. Would recommend though!

It really nice located and the department is also nice, just the bathroom is not as clean and it doesn’t have ventilation. To take into account that there’s no elevator in case of bringing a big suitcase. In general it was good and the location is great.

Great location! Very walkable! Room layout was nice. And it was supplied with lots of extras in kitchen and even had a washer. Only minor complaint is the bathroom could use an update. It was clean but little things like shower door didn’t close all the way and toliet seat had a crack in it.
