I can't recommand this flat. Very dirty, cold and not really ready to be used. The stairwell is like

I can't recommand this flat. Very dirty, cold and not really ready to be used. The stairwell is like a construction site and Super dirty. The Windows and the doors Are not really closed. There Was always a little Wind in the apartment. There Came a lot of dirt through the door slot and it was. Extremly dusty. We had to cough the whole time. And there where some Things Missing like towel hooks. Two Sockets where not really installed, they hang out of the wall so you could See all the electricity behind. Only the furniture and the location is really good.
