There's also a private balcony to enjoy the fresh air and add a touch of outdoor relaxation to your stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. For added convenience, the property is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer, clothes dryer, drying rack, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The apartment features two bedrooms with queen beds and one with two single beds, all with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, hair dryer and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Ramalde is a parish in the city of Porto. It is located in the western part of Porto and is one of the largest parishes in the town in terms of area. Ramalde is known for its residential neighbourhoods, commercial areas, and green spaces.

Some notable landmarks in Ramalde include the Boavista Roundabout, a significant traffic hub connecting various parts of Porto, and the Bessa Football Stadium, home to Boavista Futebol Clube. Ramalde is also home to several schools, including the prestigious Colégio do Rosário.

The parish has undergone urban development recently, with beautiful residential buildings and commercial establishments complementing its more traditional architecture. Ramalde offers amenities like shops, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, and parks, making it a convenient and comfortable living place.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Please note that nearby construction work is currently underway, which may result in noise disturbances during daytime and early morning hours.
