OK, but elements disappointing

The positives were a reasonable location for attractions, clean and spacious apartment which felt secure. The negative was that they didn't leave enough sheets and towels and sheets for beds, plus we had to make the beds ourselves. There was also no helpful guidance on where to go, minimal information about the apartment, minimal guidance on the flat and it lacked the little things like salt, pepper, tea towel, dishwasher tabs etc, and all those little things which help make somewhere feel a home from home. Overall ok, with a few issues and generally not good value for the experience

TV not working and no help with it. Toilet seat loose. So called welcome pack consists of miscellaneous sachets probably from local cafes. Lock on door very loose and difficult to use. Lighting in corridor worked erratically. Surrounding area inhabitants sleeping rough and did not create safe area in evening. First and last use of Vrbo

Bel appartement, spacieux et bien décoré. Nous avons apprécié les pièces séparées mais également la proximité de la station "Trindade" (terminus du métro E qui dessert l'aéroport). Le gros bémol reste la proximité de la route : vous ne pouvez pas la rater quand vous ouvrez les rideaux et surtout on l'entend très bien ! Cet environnement bruyant a été pour nous le gros point noir du séjour... Le trafic se calme un peu la nuit mais reprend de plus belle au petit matin. C'est dommage car l'appartement a de beaux atouts.
