Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely studio is close to various top attractions in Porto, such as Casa de Musica.

The studio has an open floor plan. The living room features a double bed (with complimentary hotel-quality linens), armchairs and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing and watching your favourite shows comfortably. There is also a dining table for two where you can eat your meals.

Guests can access the terrace via the living room. The deck has a seating area where you can lounge and enjoy the fresh air.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook a delicious homemade meal, such as an electric stove and an oven.

The bathroom has all the amenities you'll need, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The studio is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Boavista is known for its long boulevard, 'Boavista Avenue', leading you up to the ocean. A perfect place for beach lovers!

Boavista is considered the business / posh neighbourhood in Porto. Despite being a bit away from the city centre, you can still find great places to visit in Boavista, such as the contemporary art museum Serralves, the modern Casa da Música, and the synagogue of Porto. During the night, grab dinner at Bom Sucesso market and a beer at Casa Agricola.

Another great spot is the Gallery of Biodiversity, Porto's best museum for children.

Boavista is around 10 minutes away (by car) from the city centre, but you have a subway station nearby and plenty of bus lines, so you are well connected.

Many places in Porto are easily accessible on foot, but if you prefer public transportation:

- There are multiple buses stops that service the area.
- The nearest train station is Casa da Música (3 minutes walk).
- Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is 25 minutes drive from the flat.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
