Perfect location!

Perfect location to be able to explore the best of Porto, very walkable to all the sites, shopping and restaurants. Gorgeous view of the cathedral from our balcony especially at night! Well-Appointed apartment with everything we needed for a few days visit. A couple of things for improvement would be motion sensor lights in the hallways. When we first got here we did not know where the light switch was and we were fumbling around in the dark hallways. And then we also did not know that we were on the 4th floor so we struggled to find the right apartment initially. The shower drain was clogged but with a message to the host it was fixed immediately so that was great! Also the keys to get in were a little tricky and sticky had to turn it just right. Overall still give it five stars and really enjoyed our stay!

Great location! Very close to the Duoro River (less than 5 minutes walk), and lots of great restaurants close by. The unit was a little hard to find and we didn't get detailed instructions but we found the unit within 5 minutes. The unit across the hall was doing renovations (and probably will for a while) so the smell of paint was coming right into our unit... There is also no air conditioning (we asked for a fan and they brought one within hours). Another negative experience was when we locked our keys inside by accident and we didn't hear back from them for 2 hours. They eventually answered and someone came pretty quickly, but it was frustrating not hearing back for 2 hours. Besides this incident and the renovations across the hall, we were generally happy with the place and our stay.

Below is the verbatim account ofcommunications with personnel of guest ready, rather guest not-ready, ground team: locks are confusing & stuck. When that was communicated I was told to send a video. The elevator lights were misleading & not stopping at a certain floor making it necessary to carry luggage down 4 flights of stairs. When this was communicated I was asked to send a video. I am not a video man, just a traveller. When I stated thanks are only due after the elevator was fixed, I was asked to moderate my expression
