The location was good, a few blocks to the new market, Metro, and a 15 minute walk to the train stat

The location was good, a few blocks to the new market, Metro, and a 15 minute walk to the train station. The stairs to the loft would be better described as a ladder, at least a 60 degree climb. The kitchen is sparsely furnished for cooking, minimal number of utensils, no ICE cube tray, scissors, etc. Iron provided but no ironing board. Shower floor is smooth and slippery! No shelf for soaps or shampoo. The only clothing hanging or storage is upstairs in the loft. So when the apartment is entered there is no where to go but up to hang things. It feels like this is a college rental that is in need of some TLC. Be aware the key is picked up from a different location than the apartment.
