Te encuentras con varios desperfectos, No recomiendo para personas que les cuesta subir sus interminables escaleras. 4ta planta pero parecen como 5 o 6. Es un ático acondicionado para vivir 1 o 2 personas, no más. Abstenerse si llevan maletas. Podría ser más económico y más limpio. No repetiría.
