Brilliant location, very clean! I like the minimalist decor too. It would have been good to have some aircon and blinds that stayed up to let some fresh air and light in. The bed was uncomfy but fine for a short few nights stay. Would really recommend!!

Communication was good, but things were not fixed

When I arrived to the apartment, the flush in the toilet and the blinds in the windows didn't work. I needed to activate the flush manually opening the lid on the top and pressing the button inside myself, and the blinds were pulled all the way to the bottom, and wouldn't open. I requested Innvict to please fix it, and they replied very quickly and nicely, and told me they would send somebody that same day. They did, and the flush worked, but only once; next time I needed to do it myself again. The blinds were never fixed; one of them slightly opened around 4 inches, but it wouldn't go further, so I needed to stay 4 days in the dark. Luckily, I didn't spend much time in the room, but it wasn't too welcoming. The place was clean and nice; location is good, just in front of the river, but very touristic and didn't really have regular services around that were not for tourism; I was working in the city, and I should have rather stayed upper in town, since I needed to move around. For tourism, however, it's good, there are restaurants and picturesque spots around.

O alojamento era muito bem localizado, limpo, e uma óptima decoração. Contudo, a água tanto do poliban como da torneira, não tinham pressão suficiente e as janelas tal como as persianas eram impossíveis de abrir. De todas as tomadas que existam no quarto, só 2 funcionavam.

J'ai annulé ma réservation le 7 avril et je m'attendais à recevoir une note à l'effet que je serait remboursé tel que convenu. AUCUNE RÉPONSE N'EST VENU malgré mon rappel le 19 avril. Appartment is beautiful but if you have had a closer look, you Will discover dirt. The shower drain was full of hair and everything overflowed for example. Spot is perfect to visit the old city of Porto!

Chambre privée Innvict/hank

Nous avons sejourné cinq nuits dans une chambre privée ; La chambre et la salle de bains étaient très agréables, spacieuses, fonctionnelles et bien décorées. L'accès à la chambre par codes est pratique et permet une grande liberté. La dame chargée du ménage, parlant parfaitement le français, et très serviable, nous a apporté une grande aide. Nous recommandons cette chambre très bien située dans le quartier historique pour visiter cette belle ville de porto;
