    A lot of potential

    The site was in a great central location. Space was lovely and large. Unfortunately, the property needs some maintenance. The two towel racks in the bathroom were unusable. One was completely gone and the other was falling out of the dry wall. There was a electrical outlet also falling out of the drywall and most difficult to deal with there is no sink except the bathroom. The coffee pot did not fit under the faucet so the only way to get water in the pot was to fill it in the shower. It really needs a real sink and microwave to be a great place.
