Very comfortable pillows and mattress. Some kitchen clothes were missing. Out of the 2 bathrooms only one has a shower. Other than that everything was according to the add and very comfortable apartment with heating. Supermarket was a 5 min walk away

The evening we arrived, we called the emergency telephone number and still have no answer. Every time we wash the dishes, by hand as the dishwasher is still full of water, the water comes out from under the dishwasher. A girl brought rubbish bags at 21:30 on the day of our arrival, we also told her all these facts and we have not received any answer. On the second day the air conditioning in the living room started to leak and make noise, so we couldn't turn it on anymore.
