Very nice apartment, very well equipped and a lot of amenities, many look alike new. Building with modern confortable construction. Low noise and very calm area near the city. The worst was the cleaning status on the bed: the mattress cover was not clean, I lifted the sheets to take off a lot hairs from mattress cover, cushions also had better days. Their cleaning process should be better reviewed and improved by the property management. Small draw back could be the absence of air conditioner, for the ones accustomed to have it, to face colder or hotter unusual days conditions, but the building has a good insulation anyway, but there is a small heater and a towel heater on the bathroom.
