Appartement = cauchemar

Appartement situé dans rue tres pentue personne a mobilité reduite s'abstenir Menage mediocre (nous avons trouvé un sous vetement de femme derriere la machine à laver) Plinthes pleine de poussières Vaisselle minimaliste pas un verre à pieds. Il a fallu pleurer pour obtenir des bols pour le petit déjeuner....idem pour une planche a repasser indiquee dans le descriptif Linge de maison fourni qui n'englobe pas les torchons c'est la 1ere fois que je vois cela Appartement tres humide avec des moisisures partout Je me tiens a votre disposition pour vous adresser des photos etions deux sommes reparties avec une rhinite allergique Très mal insonorisé Salon de jardin sur terrasse infecte . Je pense vraiment qu'Abritel devrait se séparer de cet appartement qui ternit son image de marque Cela fait des annees que je passe par Abritel jamais je n'ai connu un produit aussi médiocre. Heureusement que le temps nous a permis de fuir chaque jour cette location et profiter de cette belle ville qu'est Porto et ses environs.

Bel emplacement mais nettoyage et maison bof

Lors de notre arrivée nous avons pu constater une odeur d humidité très présente nous avons fait le Check in et nous sommes aperçu que l’appartement a beaucoup de zones de moisissures sur un mur il y avait de la mousse !!!! Lorsque nous avons voulu aller nous coucher en soulevant nos couettes des cheveux ou poils sur les draps et des tâches rougeâtres dans le lit de mes enfants !!! L’emplacement par contre est idéal pour visiter porto le logement a vraiment été un gros point noir de notre séjour

Very nice apartment in good location

Very nice and clean apartment with everything one needs. Located very nicely. Only the check in, where you pick up the key is pretty far away and it’s only one key for the entire apartment.

Apartment in Top Lage, nichts für Asthmatiker

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem Apartment, die Lage ist top und die Terrasse auf dem Dach hat sehr angenehm, um die Abende ausklingen zu lassen. Leider riecht das Apartment stark verschimmelt, ein Asthmatiker wäre sicherlich nicht damit klargekommen.
